Matcha is given shade and more tender care in its final week, plus it utilizes a slightly different processing method, grinding down the entire leaf into powder packed full of antioxidants and more. Unlike black tea and green tea, whose ingredients are infused in water and discarded, Matcha Green Tea can be fully utilized.
