Cacao Butter (Raw, Premium), also known as cocoa butter or white chocolate, is produced from cacao nibs melted and pressed at low temperatures. The process yields both cacao powder and butter. Its exquisite flavor adds an extra layer of pleasure to raw creations like living chocolate bars, and makes a perfect addition to a variety of treats.

 Inner Nature sources our raw cacao from the small farmers in Ecuador that currently supply the cacao for the Pacari Raw Chocolate.  This cacao is a product of sustainable agriculture, providing economic opportunities to local farmers and supporting the conservation of their native habitats.
